Having born with red eyes, she was shunned by her fellow villagers located somewhere in the remote areas of Raskovia. She lived in isolation and even her parents shunned her. The only person she hold dear was her twin sister named Tanya Reinavich.

When the Raskovian Civil War broke out between the Government Loyalist and the then Ultra Nationalist Rebels. She was soon separated from her sister during the moment of chaos when a skirmish took place in her village.

Taken in by Nagova Raichev, whom was one of the few officers of the Raskovian Armed Forces whom led the coup and took over of the whole nation, took Talia in as his own.

Talia, lost in hope, as her parents abandoned her, she soon realize her new found affection as Nagova promised her that he will take of her as his own daughter if no one is ever willing to take care of her.
